About "Molly Wally Wella Wally"
Music, Books, and Other Media
One day I was taking a walk outside with my friend Molly. As I marveled at the trees and the beautifully colored leaves, Molly responded with, "When I was a little girl, I always wanted to catch a leaf before it hit the ground.”
That charming image left an impression on me, and so a song came to be: "Molly Wally Wella Wally Wants to Catch a Leaf"

In the song, Molly never actually catches a leaf. Her excitement and contentment are not reliant in any way on that accomplishment. Her spirit is pure, and her joy comes from her love of beauty, life and all things natural.

Molly Wally Wella Wally-The Book

I am actively seeking a publisher for the first book, "Molly Wally Wella Wally Wants to Catch a Leaf." A series of songs that are paired with books is already sketched out for after the release of the first book. This book/song combination and the additional proposals are ideal for animated programming as they are highly pictorial in their words/lyrics!
Additional marketing concepts include an album, a "Molly Dolly" made from sustainable materials, as well as greeting cards...
I would like a portion of proceeds to go towards an organization that purchases and plants new trees. Families could participate in Molly Wally Wella Wally-related Arbor day events.

Comments from a Librarian:
I sat down with the librarian of two local grade schools. She listened to Molly as well as a few of my other songs and gave me some valuable insights.
Some of her comments, including age assessments for each of the songs, are as follows.

1 ) Molly Wally Wella Wally
"Kinder through third grade. Ages 5-9.
Fourth and fifth graders would pretend to be cool, but would still be mesmerized.
I can see teachers putting it on to calm the kids after recess. It is relaxing and takes you away"

2 ) I Love The World
"Preschool- Kinder, Ages 3-5.
Good for children to get in touch with their feelings."

3) Make the World a Better Place
"Kinder up to second grade.
Even a one year old and mothers would feel relaxed, as it is a cocoon of loveliness when the outside world can be scary."

4) Misty Morn
"Every age group. That's the kind of thing they are hungry for. Strength and being grateful. They want to know they are not alone. You could play concerts with parents and kids. All of the music will really appeal to adults. It is beautiful and musically interesting."
